I am Maria Lourdes Bunao, a dedicated Customer Service professional with solid experience supporting both healthcare and ride-sharing accounts. What makes me qualified for this particular position is my previous role as a Senior Associate at R1 RCM, where I assisted patients in scheduling diagnostic procedures such as X-rays, MRIs, and ultrasounds, handled breast health concerns, and provided guidance on exam preparation and facility inquiries. I also worked at Telus as a Customer Support Representative and was promoted to Subject Matter Expert, where I managed fare inquiries, earnings disputes, and escalations while collaborating with the team to improve processes and meet performance metrics. Prior to that, I was a Customer Care Representative at Alorica, assisting customers with health insurance inquiries, explaining coverage and policy stages, scheduling vaccinations, resolving billing concerns, and escalating complex issues appropriately. The skills I possess that make me a strong candidate for this role include strong communication, problem-solving, and customer engagement skills, along with the ability to handle escalations, multitask effectively, and work collaboratively to deliver excellent service and ensure customer satisfaction. Handling queries about fare, disputes about the earnings, escalations about the rider. Collaborating with the team regarding with the process and how to meet the metrics.

Handling queries about health insurance, co pay, explaining the 5 stages of insurance and it`s policy Creating an appointment for COVID| Vaccine and other flu shots Checking if the coupon is applied properly in the purchased item. Handling grievances from customer and escalating the issue to the right department
