• Supervise the implementation of Anticipatory Action and Social Protection initiatives in the assigned Duty Station (Eastern Samar); • Provide strategic recommendations on how to enhance the implementation of Anticipatory Action approach in priority areas; • Provide technical guidance and support to relevant government partners and stakeholders in the implementation of the localization of anticipatory action; • Lead the operational and timely implementation of anticipatory action in the designated priority area, advising on appropriate actions and operational arrangements; • Strengthen partnerships and inter-agency efforts on AA at the provincial level. This includes fostering collaboration on early warning (e.g., common triggers, joint alerts, and appeals) as well as coordinated anticipatory action implementation on the ground; • Contribute to the country office’s efforts to institutionalize AA with key government partners; • Support capacity-building activities at the country level, including the delivery of FAO-AA and SRSP learning programme; • Coordinate and liaise with provincial and local government partners and other relevant stakeholders for the conduct of project activities; • Prepare and submit reports for activities undertaken; • Work closely with the Social Protection Specialist, Cash Transfer Specialist and Anticipatory Action Specialist for the design of the project activities; • Carry out other relevant duties within his/her technical competence as requested by the FAO Representative.

• Assist the Project Field Coordinator in the implementation of project activities for FAO’s Anticipatory Action and Shock-Responsive Social Protection initiatives in the assigned Duty Station (Eastern Samar); • Coordinate and liaise with provincial and local government partners, and other relevant stakeholders for the conduct of project activities; • Provide support to the Project Field Coordinator in the documentation of project activities and preparation of relevant reports; • Facilitate the processing of administrative requirements for the implementation of project activities; • Facilitate the submission of reports and other relevant documents to the Team Leader; • Carry out other relevant duties within my technical competence as requested by the FAO Representative.

• Wrote the Participatory Coastal Fisheries and Resource Assessment profiles of seven coastal LGUs in Surigao Del Norte based on the data gathered during site assessment.

• Assisted in the project implementation and handled procurement tasks. • Collaborated with the team in organizing and coordinating project activities with different stakeholders. • Ensured administrative needs are delivered in a timely and cost-efficient manner. • Supported the project implementation documentation, data collection and reporting.

• Worked with the program coordinator in implementing the project-TUKLAS Innovation Lab, Project MAPA. A project focusing on Disaster Risk Reduction and education in partnership with TUKLAS Innovation Labs-Philippines. • Responsible for community organizing in three (3) coastal Barangays in the Municipality of Bantayan, Cebu. • Organized and ensured completion of all procurement and logistical needs for workshops and activities such as venue preparation, coordination with the LGU and barangay officials, preparation of training materials, etc. • Carried out reports and project documentations which were inputs to donor reports.

• Efficiently supported the project implementation by work closely with the Monitoring and Evaluation person. • Sent timely communication and judiciously coordinated M & E visits with project implementation partners. • Ensured M & E forms and reports are thorough and complete when submitted. • Organized logistics for the project implementation team and made certain that all administrative needs were provided.

• Performed crucial tasks to efficiently support the project implementation of the Disaster Risk and Reduction Management Mainstreaming project of 52 LGUs in the Province of Cebu. • Conducted field work, site visits to do research and data gathering and other necessary activities for project inputs. • Worked with the Project manager to establish a coherent administrative and logistical arrangement for the effective implementation of the project.

• Initially engaged as a volunteer supporting the project Monitoring and Evaluation through field visits and providing support in documentation and report writing. • Project administrative staff for the rehabilitation project in Leyte. • Worked closely with the project coordinator to ensure administrative, procurement, and logistical needs and arrangements were executed and delivered timely and smoothly. • Supported the project implementation team in community organizing. • Established daily monitoring of project staff’s daily time records and location.

• Worked at the embassy's consular section and provided assistance in the visa application section through application and documentation review and applicant interviews.
