I serve as the IT and Safety Officer, where my role is to bridge the gap between technical data and fleet security. On the IT side, I manage our office infrastructure and troubleshoot all hardware and software. My primary focus, however, is Fleet Telemetry, I currently manage three different GPS platforms to track our deliveries, maintain the hardware inventory, and coordinate directly with our providers. On the Safety side, I handle all documentation, compliance auditing, and coaching. These roles are deeply connected because, in the event of an emergency, I am the information hub—using my IT tools to provide the real-time data and location intelligence needed for a rapid and safe response
