Professional Executive/Virtual Assistant
I’m an IT graduate with hands-on experience in customer service and technical support, mostly in fast-paced BPO environments. I’ve handled live chat support, troubleshooting devices, software, and basic hardware issues, so I’m pretty comfortable dealing with different kinds of technical problems and explaining solutions in a simple way. I also have experience in sales and content moderation, which helped me become more adaptable and detail-oriented. On top of that, I’ve worked as an audio transcriber and currently as an AI data trainer, so I’m used to working with data and staying accurate. Overall, I’m someone who’s reliable, quick to learn, and looking to grow in an IT or non-voice role where I can really use my skills.
