HI, I'm Kim Andrei. I've always been drawn to the question nobody asks out loud: why do some digital experiences just feel right, while others make you want to close the tab? That question shapes everything I work on, from early concepts and flows down to the smallest interaction details. These days, I work across the full design process: shaping ideas early, prototyping fast, and building out design systems that teams can actually rely on. I take design rules seriously, not because rules are rigid, but because consistency is what makes a product feel trustworthy. I also lean into AI tools like Figma AI and others, not as a shortcut, but as a way to explore more, move faster, and make better decisions. It's changed how I ideate and prototype, and honestly, I think designers who embrace it thoughtfully have a real edge. I work closely with developers and stakeholders, and I think that's where a lot of good design lives, in the back-and-forth, the tradeoffs, the "what if we tried this instead."
