I’m a call center veteran with over 10 years of experience from different lines of business. Throughout my career in the industry, I have held different roles such as being a Customer Specialist, Trainer, Business Analyst, Team Leader, and as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. I recently transitioned to the digital workspace as a Digital Leads Specialist for a US client.
