META ADS & PIXEL SPECIALIST — REAL ESTATE (BLUE MOUNTAINS, NSW)
Purcell Property is a leading real estate agency in the Blue Mountains (offices in Leura and Springwood). We're building a social media sales funnel to generate seller appraisal leads and support property listings — and we need a specialist to set up the infrastructure and run the paid side.
SCOPE OF WORK
Phase 1 — Setup (fixed project):
• Install and verify Meta Pixel on purcellproperty.com.au (WordPress), including custom conversion events on our property report page and appraisal/contact forms
• Configure Conversions API if recommended
• Build custom audiences: website visitors, report-page visitors, IG/FB engagers, customer list upload, plus a 1% lookalike geo-fenced to Blue Mountains postcodes
• Set up campaign structure in Ads Manager: awareness, vendor retargeting (14-day sequence), and listing boost templates
• Confirm tracking end-to-end with test conversions
Phase 2 — Ongoing (monthly retainer, optional but preferred):
• Manage $1,000–$1,500/month Meta spend across the funnel
• Launch and optimise per-listing boost campaigns as new properties list
• Monthly reporting: cost per appraisal lead, cost per report-page conversion, audience growth
• Coordinate with our in-house marketing (creative is supplied — we have brand templates and ad copy ready)
YOU
• Proven Meta Ads results for real estate or local service businesses (show me campaigns and numbers)
• Strong on Pixel/CAPI setup and event tracking — this must be done properly
• Understand lead-gen funnels, not just boosting posts
• Australian market experience preferred; responsive communication essential
