We just launched Skilled.ph, a platform that connects US businesses with world-class Filipino professionals through direct hiring with zero placement fees. Now we're building our own team.

Full transparency: this is an in-house role with us, the company behind Skilled.ph. You'd be one of our first hires.

The Role:

Our live streamers will be going live regularly across multiple platforms. But live content has a short shelf life if no one repurposes it. That's where you come in. You'll be taking our live streams and turning them into short, scroll-stopping clips for TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and Facebook. Your work will be a major driver of how people discover Skilled.ph for the first time.

What you'd be doing:

- Editing live stream footage into short-form video content optimized for each platform
- Creating original short-form content that promotes Skilled.ph and educates both US employers and Filipino job seekers
- Writing captions, hooks, and calls to action that drive engagement and traffic to the platform
- Staying on top of trending formats, sounds, and styles across TikTok, Reels, and Shorts
- Collaborating with our live streamers and team on content calendars and campaigns
- Tracking performance and adjusting content strategy based on what's working

What we're looking for:

- Based in the Philippines
- Proven experience editing short-form video content (portfolio or examples required)
- Proficiency with editing tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar
- Strong sense of pacing, storytelling, and what grabs attention in the first 3 seconds
- Understanding of social media algorithms and what drives reach on each platform
- Reliable internet connection
- Bonus: experience creating content in the remote work, careers, or hiring space
